I design outage series email communications used during major storm events to keep customers informed throughout large-scale restoration efforts. These emails are built to deliver clear, timely updates in high-stress situations, helping customers understand the scope of outages, expected timelines, and progress toward service restoration. The series prioritizes clarity, accessibility, and reassurance—using straightforward messaging and intuitive design to guide customers through each stage of the restoration process.
